School meals are cooked off-site and are freshly prepared each day. The cost for a meal is £2.00 per day (plus £3 per day if not normally attending over lunch time).
Snack is provided in the morning and afternoon sessions, and always has fruit or vegetable chopped up and a carbohydrate snack such as breadsticks. We ask for parents to contribute towards the cost of snacks if possible. A suggested amount is 50p per week for part-time children or £1 per week for full-time children.
The Nursery school has never served meat and menus are specifically adapted for any child with allergies. Children with specific dietary needs will be required to bring a doctor’s letter. The school kitchen retained the highest hygiene rating of “5” in June 2017.
