Children are assigned a key person when they start in the Nursery.  This key person will be the main link between parent and Nursery and will be the special person to help your child settle and develop.  They will share this development with you.  2 year olds have their own group (Cheeky Monkeys) in room 4.

3+4 year olds are shared between 5 groups – Kangaroos are in room 1, Pandas in room 3 and Parrots in room 2.  These groups are for chidlren of the same year group.  Rainbows are also in room 1 and Penguins are in Room 2 from January.  These two groups are our younger 3 year olds.  Each group has it’s designated peg spaces and registration board for children to find their name and stick it to the board when they arrive.  All rooms lead off a single corridor which is off the parent area and leads to the outdoor play area.
